While returning, Please make sure that the oil should be unused.
The refund process will take about 10 to 12 business days, After Received the Products.
If the customer exchanges or returns the product then the shipping charges which are involved in the returning / exchanging process will be paid by the customer only. Also, the shipping cost mentioned on our site is the discounted price and we pay the original amount to the shipping company from our pocket. In the case of return or exchange, customer will not get the discounted rates but he/she will have to pay the original shipping cost which can be checked on the site of FedEx also.
If there is any kind of fault from the customer side like giving us the wrong address, wrong contact number, not collecting their product or may it be any other reason, we will charge the complete shipping cost from them. ORDER CANCELLATION
On account of unavailability of product, its depiction or price changes Ayana Overseas preserves the right for cancellation of product order. Even those products that are accepted to deliver can be cancelled.
Prior information is provided to the consumer about the cancellation of order. No additional costs are charged for cancellation.
Consumer retains the full right to cancel the order before delivery of order by Consumer Support Services during working hours. After dispatch of product, order would not be cancelled and customers are required to accept it according to the terms and conditions. If payment of the product is failed then in that case, cancellation can be done.
PROCEDURE TO RETURN THE PRODUCTS
In case of damages, users can return their product but they are required to go through certain procedure in order to return it. In order to return the product, order Number, Picture of damaged product as well as a detailed reason for returning should be provided by you over the email.
